Confirmed errors in the registry: what was wrong, what changed, when, and — with their consent — who caught it. Anyone can report a suspected error via POST /api/v1/errata; Community-tier partners get a formal triage SLA (48h for critical reports, 7 days standard — see the Community tier). Rejected reports are not listed; this page is only real mistakes and real corrections.

That is not a claim of perfection — the registry is young, and every rule currently carries needs-reverification status until the verification pipeline has run (see methodology). When the first real error is confirmed, it will be published here, permanently.
